How to keep security for back dated entries in tally

If you are going to disable to enter the transactions in 2009-10 follow these simple steps.


Press Alt + F3 on gateway of tally > select Security control

This facility will available only if you have set the admin pass word while the company creation.

If you have not set the admin pass word , go to the company info and select alter then set the pass word

After Finishing this step Enter o type of security

Enter on data entry


FILL THIS SCREEN AS IT IS

AFTER FINISHING THE ABOVE PRESS CTRL+A TO SAVE


AFTER THAT THE SCREEN GOES TO SECURITY LEVER FOR COMPANY

HERE ALSO PRESS CTRL +A (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)



AFTER THAT SHUT COMPANY AND AGAINST SELECT THE COMPANY BY USING YOUR DATA ENTRY PASS WORD AND TRY TO ENTER THE VOUCHER OR MODIFY THE VOUCHER , IMMEDIATELY YOU WILL THE MESSAGE LIKE “NO ACCESS ALLOWED”
